Relax and reset between the energy of the circuit with our wood-fired sauna and cold plunge experience, alongside separately bookable thermo wood hot tub sessions — our own version of DRS: Deep Relaxation Soaks. Designed for slower moments and deeper relaxation between the action.

 

Guests can also join our morning wellness sessions on Saturday and Sunday, combining guided yoga with sauna and cold plunge experiences. A slower start to the day designed to leave you feeling grounded, reset and ready before the circuit comes to life.

Alongside the spa experiences, guests can book bespoke massage treatments within our dedicated wellness space. Choose from 30 or 60 minute treatments tailored entirely to you, from full body massage to focused recovery work where you need it most.
