1. Our Services

Revivo Sauna provides mobile wood-fired sauna experiences, cold plunge sessions, hot tub experiences, and wild swimming (where permitted). Services may include:

• Public and private sauna sessions at pop-up locations
• Private or event hire
• Cold water immersion via cold plunges, ice baths, or designated wild swimming areas
• Hot tub sessions

All activities take place outdoors and may involve natural terrain, mud, rocks, and open water. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Our staff are trained open water lifeguards but cannot guarantee safety.

2. Health, Age & Participation

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are medically fit for sauna use, hot tub use, and cold-water immersion
• You are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• You will follow all safety instructions from Revivo staff
• You are aged 18 years or older, or if aged 16–17 years old, have a completed Parent / Guardian Consent Form submitted to Revivo Sauna before participation
• You are not pregnant

Seek medical advice before participating if you have:

• Heart, respiratory, or circulatory conditions
• High or low blood pressure
• Recent surgery
• Medication affecting heat or cold tolerance

Staff are not medical professionals. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Safety, Behaviour & Alcohol

Participants must:

​

• Follow staff instructions at all times
• Respect other participants and the environment
• Avoid touching hot surfaces or the sauna stove without permission
• Leave the sauna, hot tub, or water immediately if feeling unwell
• Avoid alcohol or drugs before or during sessions
• Bring and use towels properly: one towel to dry yourself after sauna or water sessions, and a separate towel to sit on in the sauna

Revivo reserves the right to refuse participation or remove anyone behaving unsafely or under the influence. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

4. Cold Water & Wild Swimming

Participation in cold plunges, ice baths, or wild swimming is voluntary and at your own risk. You must:

• Only enter water if capable of swimming in open water
• Follow staff instructions and safety briefings
• Wear the provided flotation devices in designated areas
• Enter water slowly and exit immediately if unwell

Risks include cold shock, rapid breathing, dizziness, increased heart rate, and loss of coordination. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Bookings & Payments

• Event pop-up sessions can be booked directly on our website
• Full payment is required at booking to confirm your place
• Prices may change, but confirmed bookings are protected
• Private hire bookings are arranged separately and confirmed after a deposit is received (see Section 7)

6. Cancellation Policy – Event Pop-Up Sessions

• Cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours before the session
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable
• Late arrivals may reduce session time

We may cancel sessions due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other force majeure events (Section 14). In these cases, a refund, credit, or alternative session will be offered.

7. Private & Event Hire Booking & Payment

• 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date
• Remaining balance plus a £500 refundable damage deposit due 7 days before hire
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit

Hirer Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for all participants during the hire period
• Liability for damage, injury, or unsafe conduct
• Ensure all participants understand and agree to these Terms
• Revivo staff may not be present during unsupervised hires

​

Damage Deposit

• £500 may be used for damage, excessive cleaning, or misuse
• Deposit returned within 3–5 working days if no issues are identified

​

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel up to 7 days before hire: remaining balance and damage deposit refunded; 50% deposit remains non-refundable
• Policy does not apply to force majeure events

​

8. Weather & Outdoor Operation

All sessions operate outdoors and may be affected by weather. Unsafe conditions include:

• Electrical storms
• High winds or extreme weather
• Other safety hazards

In such cases, sessions may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled with a refund, credit, or alternative session offered.

9. Personal Property

You bring personal belongings at your own risk. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

10. Liability

Participation involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revivo Sauna is not liable for injuries caused by:

• Failure to follow safety instructions
• Pre-existing medical conditions
• Risks associated with sauna, hot tub, cold-water immersion, or wild swimming activities

This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Photography

Photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes. Participants will be informed and may opt out at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

​

13. Acceptance

By booking or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

​

14. Force Majeure

Revivo Sauna is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

​

• Acts of God, extreme weather, fire, flood, or natural disaster
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Government restrictions or legal limitations
• War, civil unrest, terrorism
• Strikes, labour disputes, or supply chain disruptions
• Utility, transport, or essential service failures

In such cases, we may cancel, postpone, or modify services. Customers may be offered an alternative date, credit, or discretionary refund.

15. Festivals, Events & Third-Party Venues

When operating at third-party events:

• The wider event is outside our control
• We are responsible only for our equipment and activity area
• Participants must follow both these Terms and any additional rules set by the event organiser
• Revivo reserves the right to refuse entry or pause sessions if conditions are unsafe
