Revivo Sauna Refund Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Revivo Sauna (“Revivo”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you interact with us, including when you book or participate in our sauna experiences.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data transparently and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Event Pop-Up Sessions (Public & Private Session Bookings)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your session

  • Changes must be requested in advance via email or booking platform

Within 48 Hours

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling may not be guaranteed

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend your session will result in no refund or credit

Late Arrivals

  • Late arrival may result in reduced session time

  • No refund will be given for lost time

2. Private Hire Bookings

Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

  • This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, except where required by law

Final Payment

  • Remaining balance and £500 damage deposit are due 7 days before the event

Cancellations

  • Cancel more than 7 days before hire:

    • Remaining balance and damage deposit refunded

    • 50% deposit retained

  • Cancel within 7 days of hire:

    • No refunds on total booking cost

3. Damage Deposit (Private Hire Only)

  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is required

  • This will be returned within 3–5 working days after the event, provided:

    • No damage has occurred

    • No excessive cleaning is required

    • Equipment has been used appropriately

Deductions may be made for:

  • Damage to sauna, equipment, or site

  • Misuse or unsafe conduct

  • Excessive cleaning

4. Cancellations by Revivo Sauna

We may cancel or reschedule sessions due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Operational issues

  • Force majeure events (see Section 5)

In these cases, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit, or

  • An alternative session/date

5. Force Majeure (Events Outside Our Control)

We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Extreme weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Transport or utility failures

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed, but we may offer:

  • Rescheduling

  • Credit

  • Discretionary refunds

6. Third-Party Events & Festivals

For bookings made at festivals or third-party events:

  • The wider event is outside our control

  • If the event is cancelled, our refund policy may be affected

  • We will work with organisers to offer fair outcomes where possible

7. How to Request a Refund or Change
