Booking & Sessions
What happens during a Revivo session?
Every session includes access to our traditional wood-fired sauna, refreshing cold plunges and time to relax and unwind. Our community sessions are designed to be a social, welcoming experience where you can move between the heat and cold at your own pace
Do I need to book in advance?
We always recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends, festivals and special events, as sessions regularly sell out.
If space is available, walk-ins may be accepted.
Can I book a private session?
Yes. We offer private sessions for groups, as well as private hire for events, retreats and special occasions.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many of our guests visit on their own. Our community sessions are relaxed, friendly and welcoming whether you're coming solo or with friends.
Before You Visit

Flip-flops or sandals

A refillable water bottle
What should I wear?
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.

Please arrive around 10 minutes before your session begins to allow time to check in and get changed.

Every pop-up session has portable changing pods.
Health & Safety
Is sauna and cold water therapy suitable for everyone?
While most healthy adults can safely enjoy contrast therapy, it isn't suitable for everyone.
If you have a heart condition, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, respiratory or circulatory conditions, or any medical concerns, we recommend speaking with your GP before booking.

Revivo is for guests aged 16 and over.
Guests aged 16–17 must have a completed parent or guardian consent form before taking part.

Unfortunately, we do not permit sauna or cold plunge use during pregnancy.
Can I use the sauna after drinking alcohol?
